Its name means "cold years" and comes from the fact that it is only available in such. So far, only twice, namely, in 2007 and 2010, produced in truly limited, homeopathic quantities. One with a lot of character, "Terroir," and volume of blessed, single-variety white wine. Hardly any other Rioja can compete with it. Sensational and an absolute rarity!

In the glass, it glows straw yellow with greenish reflections. The intense and elegant aroma is extraordinarily fresh, diverse, and reminiscent of green apples, citrus fruits, white flowers, local herbs, and white pepper, with a subtle hint of yeast. It offers all the properties that a higher-caliber should have, a wonderfully fresh, extremely concentrated texture of yellow fruits, ripe white wine, fine balsamic and floral notes of flowers, as well as a distinctive, noble minerality and an absolutely perfect acid structure. It can hardly be surpassed in terms of elegance, finesse, and "terroir." It tastes creamy, incredibly juicy, fresh, and acidic. Despite its aging potential, it is very well balanced, deep, and delicate harmony - a wine for the very highest demands!
