This cru is definitely the flagship of the winery. From a vineyard of only 1 hectare, which historically belonged to the "San Francesco" monastery near Capestrano and has always produced an incredible wine of immense finesse and unmistakable aromatic complexity. Today it is one of Italy's great white wines. Deliberately unfiltered and, unfortunately, extremely limited!

A lively, light straw yellow with strong greenish reflections literally shines in the glass. The bouquet is overwhelmingly fresh and flowery. Its intense, almost lavish aromas are reminiscent of tropical fruits, chamomile, herbs, and fully ripe citrus fruits. A classy, mineral background and ultra-fine, balsamic nuances give the wine an incredible complexity. Very powerful on the palate, with a lot of pressure, really juicy, fresh, and very harmonious. Its present acidity is tangy, classy, and very animating. The sensory impression is convincing with a sensational complexity. A highly noble aroma combined with a wonderfully classy creamy texture leaves an impression of irrepressible wildness, character, and depth. A monumental wine of great personality and rare finesse!
