Its color is straw yellow with a green sheen. Delicate and fresh aromas flow from the glass.  The bouquet is characterized by apple, citrus, and peach notes, a slight nuance of herbs, flowers, and almonds.  In the mouth, there are complex nuances of dried fruit based on a fine acidity, which are interwoven with spicy and slightly salty notes and come from its unique, volcanic terroir, which is rich in minerals.  Its texture is creamy and highly seductive.  The fruit is carried by an aromatic, round and fresh body. The extraordinary quality of this wine is characterized by a perfect interplay between spice and acidity.  Thanks to its minerality, it is a storable white wine that only shows its full potential after several years of bottle aging. 

Ideal with antipasti, fish and seafood, Vitello tonnato, and cream cheese.
