Very dense, dark ruby ​​red, almost black.
 Intense, varied aromas unfold in the bouquet, reminiscent of fully ripe fruits, cherries, plums, dried flowers, dried fruits, and the finest spices, light tobacco, and violets.  The juicy tannins leave an impression of warmth, power, and elegance on the palate.  The sensation impresses with a multi-layered, extremely finesse-rich aroma, which leads the palate straight away with a lot of melting and complexity and ends in a long finale full of power and elegance.

The ideal accompaniment to all kinds of meat dishes and spicy dishes.  Game, lamb, grilled meats, gigot, and roasts are a perfect match, but fresh pasta with a robust sauce and matured cheese is also an ideal combination.
