Very beautiful, dense purple-red, almost black in the middle, with luminous reflections.  Explosive in the nose and highly seductive.  Intense aromas of ripe forest fruits.  The scent, at first fruity, then again spicy and with a delicate wood note, heralds a powerful and complex wine.  The palate shows a lot of substance and depth, perfectly integrated tannins, and minerality.  This Syrah is characterized by the particular finesse and depth of the aroma, revealing the most pleasing spice and fruit notes.  A perfectly balanced wine of great complexity, with bite and freshness right through to the finale.  Thanks to its impressive harmony and elegance, it is rightly one of the most ingenious red wines in the growing region. 

Goes well with game, lamb, Asian and Mexican dishes, beef, stews, and aged cheese.
