The grapes for Brunello di Montalcino and Rubio Rosso ripen on almost 17 hectares of vineyards at the height of 480 meters above sea level, in a privileged south-south-east location. Both the owner, the Allegrini family, and the oenologist, Riccardo Fratton, are convinced of the organic cultivation method in harmony with nature. The newly built wine cellar was built in a climate-neutral way and with tremendous respect for people and nature. Today, Poggio San Polo is one of the most innovative goods in the Montalcino region, which impresses with its organic-certified wines from 2017 that are bursting with depth and elegance. The result is a symbiosis of passion for viticulture, love for nature, and respect for the country's landscape and history.

It is intense ruby red in color. A basket full of red cherries, blueberries, and notes of undergrowth in the Tuscan nose. Very smooth on the palate, notes of red berries and gently roasted aromas in a harmonious interplay, with some cedar wood and a pleasing cinnamon spice behind; medium length, with a compact finish.
